Due to the nature of digital software, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on digital fonts.

Download Errors

In the event that your download is halted unexpectedly or there is an error in transmission, simply return to your Purchase History page of the Account Management section and retry your download. We advise you to retain backup copies of your licensed fonts in the event that you are unable to access your Purchase History page.
